Yoga for Beginners - Level 1 Join Cindee Zerr Franklin RYT for an eight week beginners course of hatha yoga (the practice of yoga postures) In this course, you will learn the fundamentals of yoga as an exercise. You will be taught how to practice yoga safely and most effectively for your physical condition. Together, we will explore all basic yoga postures and how to modify these poses based on each individuals level of comfort and physical ability.
